Show: Ladies Night [2/19/2014]

A single limo drove through the streets of New York City.  Well to say it was the only limo in New York City was a bit of a stretch, but it was currently the only limo in this part of New York.  Inside the limo you'd fine 2 passengers.  One was a lady in her early to mid-20s while the other was a girl with nervous excitement with rather unique features.  The pair was Kristy Jensen and EWE's Stealth Elf and they were headed to what could be the answer to Stealth Elf's unknown past.

Kristy looked over to her friend and gave her a warm smile.  She knew what Stealth Elf must be going through.  Of course Stealth Elf was currently looking out the window but her features gave away that of what was going on inside her head.  Did they finally find out who she was?  Will all her questions be answered?  These things and more were running through the young girl's mind as they got ever so near their destination.

Their ride was silent through most of it.  Not that there wasn't things to talk about, for Kristy could of addressed to Stealth Elf about her match in one week's time against one Syd Vicious.  Syd was a ruthless short who believe that the Diva's division was becoming nothing more than a dog and pony show, and she was on a mission to clean up the Division of all the, in her words, losers who she believed only came to the EWE to help put on that dog and pony show.  Kristy knew different when it came to Stealth Elf.  Part of the reason she personally hired Stealth Elf.  It wasn't because she looked odd and would make a great edition to turn the Diva's division into a joke. No, Kristy could see that fire and passion in Stealth Elf that was masked allot of the time by her insecurities brought on by not knowing why she looked the way she did or who she really was.  Kristy also knew that Stealth Elf took on the Stealth Elf name and look far more than because she looked like her.  But because of all the things that was unknown in her life, she could feel a connection to the Stealth Elf character, and such she took on the name to keep close the one thing she believed was a connection to her mysterious past.

The limo slowed to a stop as it parked in front of a two story house.  Stealth Elf looked out at the house then to Kristy as if to confirm that they were there.  Kristy gave her a nod so Stealth Elf went back to look at the house to see if anything came to recognition.  So far nothing, but that didn't mean she wasn't Alice Wonderstone.

-Kristy Jensen-
"Shall we go in?"

Stealth Elf looked to Kristy and nodded, that nervous excitement keeping her from saying much.  Kristy only smiled back at her friend as she got out of the limo, soon followed by Stealth Elf.  The pair walked up the small porch in front of the house as Kristy made for the doorbell and she rung it.  Stealth Elf lingered back slightly as she slid her hand across the porches handrail, feeling the texture beneath her green skin.  Did this bring anything back to recognition?  Was she trying to hard to bring things back?

Stealth Elf walked back over to where Kristy was as she could hear the door to the house open.  This was it.  For maybe just seeing her possible parents face-to-face would help her confirm just the tiniest bit.  The door finally opened as a couple in their mid-30s was in the door way.  The man looked at Kristy while the woman looked down at Stealth Elf.  Stealth Elf looked back hoping something would connect, Yet she did feel something, but was it really a confirmation that she really did know these two or was she just trying to hard to make the connection?

-Kristy Jensen-
"Mr. and Mrs. Wonderstone?  I'm Kristy Jensen.  We spoke on the phone?"

The woman actually began to tear up as she still hadn't taken her eyes off of Stealth Elf.  The man, or Mr. Wonderstone, put an arm around his wife before replying to Kristy.

-Mr. Wonderstone-
"Yes that's us. And... is that her?"

Mr. Wonderstone looked down this time to Stealth Elf.  Stealth Elf was now beginning to feel nervous.  She thought that she should maybe say something, but what could she say?

-Kristy Jensen-
"This is her."

-Mr. Wonderstone-
"My goodness what did she do to herself."

Mr. Wonderstone sounded a bit stern about it, yet you could hear the trances of relief in his voice.  Like he was glad that his daughter was actually all right.  Stealth Elf could hear him and she believed he deserved a reply but she couldn't think of anything to say.  But one thing came to mind.

-Stealth Elf-
"...I.. Don't remember."

Mrs. Wonderstone tear up a bit more at that.  It was hard for her to believe that her daughter had taken it upon herself to change herself so much, and not even remember them.  Mr. Wonder stone increased his half hug as he said to her.

-Mr. Wonderstone-
"It's all right.  We'll get her memories back."

Mrs. Wonderstone nodded as she trusted her husband.  Mr. Wonderstone then looked to the two of them and gestured for them to enter.

-Mr. Wonderstone-
"Come on in."

-Kristy Jensen-
"Thank you."

Kristy and Stealth Elf entered the house as Stealth Elf was looking around.  The were currently in a foyer with different archways and doors leading to other parts of the house.  There was even a stair case not far from where they stood.  Stealth Elf continued to take all this in, making sure she didn't push her brain to hard.  Mr. Wonderstone walked over to the stair case as he put a foot on the bottom step.

-Mr. Wonderstone-
"Best place to start would be her room."

-Kristy Jensen-
"Yes I think that would."

Kristy then looked to Mrs. Wonderstone as she had a thought.

-Kristy Jensen-
"How about me and you work on preparing Alice's favorite meal?  It will really help."

It did make since.  For the meal would help spur on both her memories sense of taste and smell.  Mrs. Wonderstone realized this so she wiped her eyes and headed for the kitchen.

-Mrs. Wonderstone-
"This way."

So Kristy followed Mrs. Wonderstone to the kitchen as they began to prepare Alice's favorite meal.  Stealth Elf just stood there not really sure what to do but Mr. Wonderstone just smiled to her.

-Mr. Wonderstone-
"Let's take a look at your room shall we?"

Stealth Elf nodded as she followed Mr. Wonderstone up the stairs.  Up stairs, there was long hallway with doors along each wall.  Mr. Wonderstone went up to the farthest door on the right.  Stealth Elf followed him as she looked to the door, that excited anticipation building.  Just think of what she'd find in there.

-Mr. Wonderstone-
"Here's your room.  I do hope seeing it helps."

Mr. Wonderstone began to open the door as Stealth Elf involuntarily held her breath.  The door swung open and Stealth Elf stepped inside for a better look.  Inside, she found that Alice truly was a huge Stealth Elf fan. The entire room was decorated accordingly, from the Stealth Elf bed sheets, to the different figurines and dolls here and there.  What really caught Stealth Elf's attention was the wall paper in the room.  It was that of a huge forest and it made you think you were in one just by standing in the room.  Along the walls were also different cut outs of Stealth Elf in different poses and such as they were placed nicely along the wall as if the Character was actually there.  What also shocked Stealth Elf was that some of them were actually drawings.  Pretty good for that matter.  But that made her remember that one dream she had.  About her sitting on the living room floor drawing Stealth Elf.  Was that actually a real memory as Stealth Elf thought?

-Mr. Wonderstone-
"Remembering anything?"

Stealth Elf looked back to Mr. Wonderstone.  She was about to give a reply when something on the wallpaper caught her attention.  It was close by the door so she went closer to it.  The look must of shown on her face as Mr. Wonderstone watched her, not wanting to intrude if Stealth Elf was beginning to remember something.  Stealth Elf continued to look at the spot on the wall paper.  It was a small group of trees with a small bit of shading to give the illusion of there being more depth to the flat wall.  Stealth Elf looked at one particular part as it seemed to be triggering something in her mind.  She still couldn't quiet place what it was.   Stealth Elf reached out to touch the spot on the wall.  Suddenly, an ear piecing scream went off in Stealth Elf's mind as she was suddenly filled with fear and panic as she stepped back suddenly from the wall startled.  Mr. Wonderstone looked at her worriedly wondering if he should do something, or if it was simply a part of the remembering process.  Finally he couldn't wait any longer.

-Mr. Wonderstone-
"Alice are you OK?"

Just as sudden as the memory arrived then it stopped as the fear from the memory left as well.  Stealth Elf looked to Mr. Wonderstone as she gave him a nod.

-Stealth Elf-
"I'm fine... just a bad memory."

Mr. Wonderstone gave a sigh of relief seeing her calm down.  He gave her a nod and just hopped any other memories she remembered would be good ones.  Stealth Elf then looked around the room again as she began to browse through it, seeing if anything else would help her remember.  And like Mr. Wonderstone, she hoped the others weren't as scary as that one.

Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Kristy and Mrs. Wonderstone were still working on cooking Alice's favorite meal.  Of Course they were making enough for everyone since it had been awhile since they had eaten.  As they worked though they had been talking about what Stealth Elf had been doing since she was found.

-Mrs. Wonderstone-
"So Stealth Elf has been wrestling for EWE?"

Kristy nodded to Mrs. Wonderstone as she was working on preparing the mashed potatoes exactly how Mrs. Wonderstone described.

-Kristy Jensen-
"She is and she's very talented.  So far she's won over half her matches.  But she does get allot of headache from a few of the Diva's thanks to her appearance."

-Mrs. Wonderstone-
"You shouldn't judge someone by their appearance."

-Kristy Jensen-
"Exactly, but Syd Vicious doesn't seem to think that way.  She thinks Alice purposely joined to make a mockery of the Division.  Treating it like some joke."

Kristy actually called Stealth Elf, Alice for she was 100% certain that, it was who she was.  Of course, the sad part was, that also means that Stealth Elf really did turn herself into Stealth Elf for she let her fantasies get the better of her.  Meaning, Syd was right about that.  But that didn't mean Stealth Elf joined the EWE to make it a mockery, to turn it more to being more entertainment than wrestling.

-Kristy Jensen-
"But I've been telling Alice that the best way to shut Syd up, is to beat her in that ring."

-Mrs. Wonderstone-
"If that's the only way, then I'd have to agree with you."

-Kristy Jensen-
"Knowing how Syd is, it's the only way. She thinks the entire division is beneath her.  So far only one Diva's given her a challenge, as she puts it.  But if Stealth Elf was to beat Syd, it'd be a wake up call for her."

Mrs. Wonderstone nodded as the pair continued to work on the meal.  As they did, Kristy remembered something else that Syd brought to attention.  The fact that Stealth Elf didn't have any problems wrestling in front of thousands of people yet couldn't speak in front of a camera.  Kristy believed the Syd thought that was due to Stealth Elf being to wrapped up in her little world, or even to scared to reply to Syd or her opponents.  But Kristy believed there was more to it than that.  She also knew that though, uncommon, it wasn't unheard of for someone to fear speaking in front of crowds, or cameras, but when it came to actions, like playing ball, dancing, or even wrestling, they were fine.  There were even other things more stranger than that, like how Albert Einstein was extremely smart, yet when it came to basic math in grade school, he flunked out.

-Kristy Jensen-
"Say, Mrs. Wonderstone..."

-Mrs. Wonderstone-
"Call me Jill."

-Kristy Jensen-
"Right, So Jill, was there anything in Alice's past that would cause her to be camera shy?  Or more particularly to talk in front of a camera?  For it's been an issue for awhile now."

Mrs Wonderstone thought about it as she thought of something.

-Mrs. Wonderstone-
"Well, back when Alice was in 7th grade, she was entered in the spelling B.  She made it all the way to the state finals, which was a televises event.  In the first round she was given an easy word to spell."

-Kristy Jensen-
"What was the word?"

-Mrs. Wonderstone-
"Lose.  She spelled it with two Os.  Then a comment was made about how she lost with the would lose and that got most of the people there laughing.  It was pretty embareshing for her and now that I think about it, it was the last time I remember her speaking in front of a camera."

-Kristy Jensen-
"Interesting."

Maybe that was the reason why she couldn't speak in front of a camera, as it was a metal fear of that particular incident.  So Kristy decided to talk with Stealth Elf about it later, for if that is the reason, perhaps they could get that cured.  So the two of them continued preparing the meal as they set the table with it.  Mrs. Wonderstone went to get her husband and Stealth Elf as they both headed down to the dining room.

Stealth Elf hadn't really had many other episodes or flash backs while she explored Alice's room.  But she figured it was only a matter of time.  As she arrived in the dining area, she saw the food on the plate.  It sure did look good.  So she and the others had a seat as Stealth Elf began to eat.  the food really was delicious and perhaps it could really of been her favorite meal.  Mr. and Mrs. Wonderstone had been looking at Stealth Elf as she took the first few bites.  The look in their eyes showing that the hope that it would bring back some memories.  Finally, Mrs. Wonderstone had to ask.

-Mrs. Wonderstone-
"So how's the food?"

Stealth Elf look over at her and smiled.  Though no memory had returned to her, she did think she should reply some how.

-Stealth Elf-
"It's deliousous."

Mrs. Wonderstone smiled as then she began to eat her own food.  The others followed in suite.  After a bit Mr. Wonderstone decided to see on Stealth Elf's progress.

-Mr. Wonderstone-
"Has any memories resurfaced Alice?"

Stealth Elf had to think as there were a few things that might of been memories but she wasn't to sure of.

-Stealth Elf-
"Well..."

Just then the house phone began to ring.  Stealth Elf had stopped seeing as they'd probably want to answer it.

-Mr. Wonderstone-
"Excuse me."

Mr. Wonder stone got up as he went to the kitchen where there was a phone mounted by the entrance.  Stealth Elf watched as he answered the phone but she went back to her food seeing as it probably wasn't any of her business.  The others also continued to eat as they waited for Mr. Wonderstone to return.  Eventually, he did yet he had a strange expression on his face as he walked to his chair but didn't sit down.  It was like he was trying to figure something out.

-Mrs. Wonderstone-
"Who was on the phone dear?"

-Mr. Wonderstone-
"That was Matt Pollock, the private investigator we hired to find Alice."

He said that last part more for Kristy and Stealth Elf.  Of course, by the look on his face, something was wrong, or off.

-Kristy Jensen-
"Is something wrong?"

-Mr. Wonderstone-
"He... said he found Alice.  She's in the hospital labeled as a Jane Doe."

Stealth Elf could feel her heart sink.  She wasn't Alice after all.  Mrs. Wonderstone wasn't sure how to take that news.  Alice was in the hospital?  That really got her worrying.

-Mrs. Wonderstone-
"What happened?"

-Mr. Wonderstone-
"Matthew said that she was found months ago at the edge of the forest, with obvious signs of rape.  They took her to the hospital and she's been in a coma since."

That got the tears flowing, on Mrs. Wonderstone.  She got up from the table as she spoke to her husband.

-Mrs. Wonderstone-
"Let's... go..."

Mr. Wonderstone nodded before looking to Stealth Elf and Kristy.  Kristy nodded as she looked to Stealth Elf.

-Kristy Jensen-
"Time to go."

Stealth Elf heard the words, but they barely registered to her.  But her body seemed to have known as it got up and they all left the house and headed to the hospital in question.

A little later, The Wonderstones, Stealth Elf, and Kristy Jensen were a hospital room.  Laying on the bed in the room was Alice Wonderstone.  The parents were sitting in chairs by their daughters bed just looking at her each of them worried in their own way.  In the corner of the room stood Stealth Elf as she looked out at Alice Wonderstone.  She had thought she was her, and the answer to her mystery was finally to be revealed.  But, it wasn't.  Stealth Elf still had no clue as to who she really was.

As she stood there, tears were forming in the base of her eyes.  Kristy noticed so she tugged lightly on her arm.

-Kristy Jensen-
"Come on, let's go."

Kristy left the room.  Stealth Elf gave one last look at the reunited family, before she too left the room.  She met Kristy in the halls as she was looking down cast.  Kristy frowned at seeing her like that.  But the pair continued through the halls.  As they left the hospital Stealth Elf had only one thought...  after all this, I still have to face Syd Vicious on Wednesday...
